APPlication to Exhibit:   -the application form must be completed in duplicate. One copy is to be sent to Director of the Book Fairs to Cornish EI Nile Boulac, Cairo, Egypt, before 30Nov.2012, and the other copy is to be retained by the exhibi¬tors. Exhibitors are reminded that the exhibition space will be allocated in order of registrations, as the available. - The fair's Management reserves the right to refuse any application or to accept it only under certain conditions, all this exclusive discretion and no reasons may necessarily be given. -In case of the cancellation before December 1st 2012, the exhibitor will be charged 30% to the sum due for the area reserved by him. If cancella¬tion is made before 20 December 2012, the exhibitor will be charged 50% to the sum due for the area reserved by him. After this date, the exhibitor is liable to settle his account in full. Exhibitor's Entry Card Entry to the fair is permitted only to persons having special entry cards issued by the Management.
